Welcome to Reduce!

TLDR: What is the point of the product, who it serves, and some instructions at the end

Cloud costs are a problem
Reduce is the solution

Reduce is a cost management platform for finance and engineering teams that makes it easy to understand, control, and cut spending across cloud, AI, and datacenter.

Infrastructure cost control that actually works, at a price point that makes sense.

Opportunity in the market

The FinOps market is a $14 billion industry growing at 17% a year. It is universally accepted that cost management tools are a must have.

IBM paid $4.6B for Apptio. Flexera has been on an acquisition spree. And yet, most of these tools still can't tell you what your AI workloads cost, ignore your Oracle Cloud accounts entirely, and pretend datacenters don't exist.

Meanwhile, AI is now the top driver of cloud spend growth, GPU instances cost 15x more than CPU, and the average company's Kubernetes cluster runs at 10% CPU utilization. That's not optimization. That's a bonfire made of money.

What we do differently

Two things:
  1. It's built for where FinOps is going while still servicing the current cloud reality.
  2. It's built for finance teams more than engineering teams.

True multi-cloud

AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI. Yes, Oracle. We're one of the very few platforms that supports it. If you have Oracle Cloud customers, they're currently underserved by everyone.

AI spend tracking

Native support for Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, and more. AI is now 22% of cloud costs at mid-size companies and climbing fast. Almost nobody tracks it properly.

Datacenter visibility

The FinOps Foundation just added "Cloud+" to their framework to cover hybrid and on-prem. We've been building for it from day one.

Kubernetes cost breakdown

We track the true cost of each pod, namespace, and cluster. No more guessing. No more hidden costs. On prem or in the cloud, Reduce covers it all.

Competitive landscape

Here's who actually delivers on what's next.

Spot the pattern? Nobody else checks all the boxes.

What I'm asking

I would like to add you to a demo tenant in the product with lots of data from a fictitious company. Kick the tires. Poke around. I don't need QA, but I do need very honest feedback. Tell me where you get lost, what's confusing, what's missing.

These tools from competitors cost ~2-5% of cloud spend for a long term contract. Knowing what you know, what would make this a no brainer to spend that kind of money on this?
